Payment & Shipping

Once your order has been placed , please expect 1-3 business days (Mon -Fri excluding weekends and holidays) for processing. Items are packaged and shipped through USPS first class mail , which could take up to 2-3 days to arrive to your destination. Shipping fees are calculated at the end of checkout. Once orders have been placed an email will be sent , including your  tracking number. Once your item has been shipped Healthy Hair Society will NOT be for responsible for any items that have been lost during the delivery process. Please contact USPS with  questions concerning lost items after items have been marked as delivered.





 

Returns & Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL !  We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our cosmetic products. Items that have been incorrectly sent or missing from your package, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to email us at info.healthyhairsociety@gmail.com stating the issue and a picture of the items received as proof.
